• One-Year Hosting: The website price includes one year of hosting.
• Maintenance & Support: Depending on the chosen plan, maintenance and technical support services will be provided as stated in our service offer.
• No Advertising Services: Please note that we do not provide advertising or marketing services for the website.

Additional Costs:

• Domain Registration: The cost of domain registration is not included in the website price and will be billed separately if needed.
  • For .be domains, the website owner must purchase and activate the domain via DNS Belgium or another authorized provider.
• Additional Hosting: After the first year, hosting will be charged at the prevailing rate.

General Terms & Conditions

Project Scope:

• The project scope will be clearly defined in the initial contract, including all deliverables, deadlines, and responsibilities.
• Any additional work outside the initial project scope will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content and materials for the website on time.
• Clients must review and approve all project stages to ensure timely completion.

Revisions & Modifications:

• We offer a specified number of revisions as stated in the contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Major modifications or additions to the project scope will be billed separately.

Cancellation Policy:

• In case of contract termination, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the termination date.
• If the client cancels the project after development has started, a percentage of the total agreed amount will be charged based on the work completed.

Warranty & Support:

• We offer a warranty for bug fixes and minor updates for a specified period as stated in the contract.
• Ongoing support and maintenance are available through our subscription plans.
• Maintenance services include regular system updates, data backups, and website security monitoring.

Confidentiality:

• We respect the confidentiality of all information and materials provided by the client. Any sensitive information will only be used for the project and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property rights for the final website will be transferred to the client after full payment.
• We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Liability:

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

Dispute Resolution:

If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be handled through arbitration in accordance with local laws.

Any disputes arising from the contract will be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
